Bocaire Country Club and its membership have overwhelmingly approved an 8 million dollar redesign for a new signature golf course by designer Kipp Schulties, scheduled to open December 1, 2018. This design will encompass all the features that Mr. Schulties is known for including: beauty; variety in holes of the same par; thought provoking green complexes; limited forced carries for the developing players while creating a 7,000 yard all-you-can-handle championship golf experience from the back tees. Kipp Schulties , the rising star in the golf course design business, is well known for his South Florida courses; High Ridge Country Club, Riviera Country Club, Adios Golf Club, and Admirals Cove, just to name a few.

Mr. Schulties feels that Bocaire has something very special brewing “Bocaire has an immense amount of land available on which to build one of the finest courses in the area, let alone the state.”

Bocaire CEO, Russell Carlson, feels that the proposed dramatic elevation changes coupled with a world class short game practice area will set Bocaire apart from competition. “Our membership is very savvy, and has made a very clear statement of our mission – provide uncompromising amenities and service to our members and guests.”

Maggie Green, Assistant General Manager, said “Historically when Bocaire announces a major renovation project, interest in homes within the community spikes. When word gets out on the extent of the redesign we are planning at Bocaire, I am sure my phone will be even busier than usual!”
