Update: 10/31/18

The Challenge at Bocaire is progressing. The construction of the course has been completed. We are now waiting for all the grass to grow in so we can open the course. While we are waiting for the grass to grow in, we are busy installing beautiful landscaping, adding fountains to several of the course lakes and having the construction firm complete a punch list of finishing items to complete this world-class, championship golf course. Once the landscaping grows in it will feel more like you are paying golf in a nature preserve rather than a residential community golf course. More updates to come!

Update: 9/8/18

The range, practice area, Holes 1-9,16,17 and 18 have been grassed as of September 5th. Holes 13, 14 and 15 will also be grassed by September 17th. the landscaping installation will begin Monday, September 10th.

Update: 8/14/18

While everyone is enjoying their summer activities and vacations, here at Bocaire, we have been working hard on our beautiful new golf course re-design and the progress has been stunning!  By the end of this week, the practice area, the driving range and eight holes (Holes 6,7,8,9,16, 17, 18 and 1) will be:

• Shaped and formed
• Irrigation and drainage installed
• Bunkers and greens installed
• Planted with grass, and the landscaping is expected to start in 2 to 3 weeks

By the end of next week, the 2nd and 3rd hole should have all the items above completed as well.

Holes 4 and 5 have been shaped and are in the process of having their drainage and irrigation installed. All new lakes on the course have been added and completed. Holes 14, 15 and 13 are in the process of being shaped.
